Key Area Recognition and Evaluation of Audio-Visual Landscape for Global Geoparks: A Case Study of Koktokay in China

A comprehensive and scientific recognition evaluation of landscape resources is an important prerequisite for the sustainable development global geoparks, but existing research lacks specific means methods. In case Koktokay Global Geopark (GGp), example, in this study, we used GIS spatial analysis, SBE, a questionnaire survey method to construct path audio-visual geoparks further built preference matrix. The results show following: (1) Shenzhong Canyon scenic area has best visual effect, whereas Golden Triangle worst effect. (2) Tourists are generally satisfied with soundscapes ten locations GGp. addition, tourists do not think that higher or lower volume soundscape would make their experience more comfortable pleasant, so increase threshold value sound level can bear while traveling possible.
